Welcome to www.herodiver.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by HERODIVER, a Licensed Dealer (hereinafter: the "Business" or "We"). We respect the privacy of our users and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

  • Payment Information: Payments on the Site are processed through a secure third-party billing provider (Grow). Full credit card details are not stored in the Business's databases but are processed directly by the billing provider in accordance with the strictest security standards (PCI-DSS).
  • Technical Information and Cookies: While browsing the Site, the Shopify platform may automatically collect technical information, such as IP address, browser type, browsing pages, and time spent on the Site. This is done to improve the user experience and ensure Site security.

3. Purpose of Use

The information collected will be used for the following purposes:

  • Processing orders, collecting payment, and delivering products to your address.
  • Providing customer service and responding to inquiries.
  • Improving and operating the Site and tailoring content to the user.
  • Data security and prevention of fraud or misuse of the Site.
