Shipping Policy
This Shipping and Returns Policy defines the process of HERODIVER in the delivery, collection and delivery of purchased goods.
We adhere to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations (2010).
Where there is a conflict between this policy and the binding provisions of the Israeli law, the law shall dominate.
1. Shipping
1.1 Coverage & Delivery Times
HERODIVER offers countrywide delivery services in Israel with an exclusive and credible courier service, depending on the region.

Self-pickup/Coordinated handover:
Clients can also pick their orders by prior arrangement at Ramat Naftali. Handovers in Central Israel or Eilat are also coordinated on demand. When you have received your order, you will be notified of a read-for-pickup notice containing relevant information about your order. -
Distant or conflict-adjacent regions:
Delivery to remote, secure, or restricted areas can take more lead time. - After order approval, delivery may take up to 14 business days for products in stock and up to 5 weeks for products that are not in stock.
- Delays in delivery times will be communicated to you either on checkout or after confirmation of the order.
1.2 Shipping Fees
We have a clear and straightforward delivery charge:
- Pickup point / Locker: ₪35
- Home delivery (courier): ₪50
We do not ship free by default. Nevertheless, you might get promotional exceptions in your cart when there is a special offer or campaign.
1.3 Tracking, Delivery & Delays
After the shipping of your order, you will get a tracking message or link to track your shipment in real time.
It has delivered deliveries on business days and within regular working hours, and in certain instances, the courier can offer a synchronized time frame for the delivery.
In case of unforeseen delay, we will:
- Notify you promptly, and
- Present to you one of the following:
- Waiting to be delivered,
- Alternate the mode of delivery, or
- Refund and cancel the order according to the law.
1.4 Packaging & Risk of Loss
All HERODIVER products are well packaged and cushioned so that they can reach the recipient in good conditions.
In case a package or item is seen to be damaged during delivery, take a photograph of the damage and immediately report the same to us so that we can look into the same.
Under Israeli law:
- Before the product is delivered to the recipient or selected pickup point, the risk will be with HERODIVER.
- Once the delivery is made, the risk is transferred to the customer, unless otherwise indicated in law.
1.5 Special Shipments & Products
Some of the diving gear is to be delivered and handled specially:
- Items with high weight, like weights, compressors, lithium batteries, or compressed-gas items, can only be provided with a special carrier or can be picked up by the customer. The shipping costs and shipment times of these items will be shown in your cart at the point of checkout.
- Examples of these include the production of customized products, including tailor-made suits, custom-made products, or custom assemblies, which have long production and delivery times. The estimated lead time will be placed in the appropriate product page or quotation document clearly.
Any extraordinary shipments should be planned with HERODIVER beforehand to guarantee a compliant and safe delivery.
