Akuana Spider 80 Primary Cave Reel

The Akuana Spider 80 is a heavy-duty primary reel engineered for technical, cave, and wreck diving exploration. Built with an ultra-durable machined Delrin (POM) spool to prevent line jamming and corrosion, paired with an aircraft-grade CNC-machined anodized aluminum frame bracket and marine-grade 316 stainless steel hardware.

• Line Length: 80 meters (260 ft) high-visibility white braided nylon line (#24)
• Spool Drum: Precision-machined solid Delrin / POM (Polyoxymethylene) for near-neutral buoyancy, smooth rotation, and zero corrosion
• Frame / Handle: Aircraft-grade T6 CNC-machined anodized aluminum bracket with laser-engraved AKUANA logo
• Locking Mechanism: Heavy-duty knurled 316 stainless steel screw lock for secure tension control and drag prevention
• Hardware: Marine-grade 316 stainless steel double-ended bolt snap included
• Ergonomics: Lightweight, rigid frame with side winding handle designed for seamless operation even with thick neoprene or drysuit gloves
• Applications: Primary guideline for cave diving, wreck penetration, deep navigation, and SMB deployment
